#gve was brought to life in the spring of '99, no one has been able to pin the exact date so I'll leave it at that. Gve is short for Gällivare, which is the small town all (well, most) of the smelly channel occupants come from. It was initially a place to gather the foul Quake Team Fortress players of the town to talk and pass the keso around. The first to ream their privates inside the channel was Sepiritz, Kaktuz, Maniac, Botte, Asmodeus and Xel'Naga (Dem0naz). Shortly to be followed by TheEnd, Scrizt and Nagai (NaKraj/Kraj). Now a whole lot of months later the channel, on an usual night has about 35-45 occupants, talking about knyppling or just about anything.
